Abdur-Raheem explains that it's not a syndication where SCDC is a general partner, and the investor is a limited partner. Instead, the investor owns the property while SCDC manages the HOA and property management so that they each grow a profit. This opens a world of opportunities for many that otherwise would not have been able to invest in these assets and build long-term wealth.
