Roger Pettingell's understanding of why luxury real estate is the top in Sarasota has seen him named the city's number-one agent for the twelfth consecutive year. That's based on sales during 2021, where Pettingell closed over $200 million in individual transactions in and around Sarasota.
Sarasota's top real estate agent has recently spoken about how he's never before experienced a year like 2021. While last year was fraught with challenges due to ongoing global events, Pettingell adapted to meet the needs of his clients.
The result was a career record for Roger Pettingell, who's now been in the luxury real estate market for over three decades. His record-breaking year also saw him named one of the top realty agents in the country. To date, Pettingell has contracted and sold over $2.6 billion in luxury properties, both in Sarasota and elsewhere.
