After more than a century of manufacturing luxury cars and SUVs, Bentley Motors has ventured into the luxury residential tower, following the footsteps of its competitors such as Porsche, Pininfarina, and Aston Martin.

The British car company has recently announced to build its first high-rise residential tower in Florida. With a height of 749 feet, the Bentley Residences is set to become the tallest residential tower on a US beachfront.

The automotive giant has partnered with Florida-based property developer Dezer Development alongside Sieger Suarez Architects. The same team designed other luxury Miami condominiums such as the Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa.

The luxurious project, scheduled to start construction by 2023 and completed by 2026, will be located at 18401 Collins Ave., Suny Isles Beach.

In a press release, Dezer Development President Gil Dezer described the project as a "true game-changer when it comes to luxury living."

"Partnering with Bentley Motors, a true global luxury brand, and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity," Dazer said, as reported by Miami Herald.

"We've been instrumental in changing the face and value of the South Florida real estate industry through the introduction of brand partnerships. With Bentley Motors, we will create something inspiring, powerful, and iconic - a true game-changer when it comes to luxury living," he added.

In an interview with Forbes, Dazer said that the collaboration with Bentley started because of Porsche Design Tower's success.

"For us, it's very exciting to work with Bentley Motors because they have great ideas and come up with an aesthetic that is really beautiful. They're making sure they are infusing their heritage and DNA into the product," Dazer said.

Property Details

Bentley Residences is a 60-story tower that will spread a total of 200 residential units. All the high-end apartments will have their own private balcony, outdoor shower, sauna, and pool. More importantly, each unit is built with car enthusiasts in mind as it comes with an in-unit multi-car garage with an automobile elevator.

Each residence will also get to enjoy a picturesque view of the ocean and bayside, thanks to the building's innovative cylindrical form and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Future owners will get to enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, cinema, whiskey bar, high-end lounge, cabanas, restaurants, and landscaped gardens.

As per South Florida Business Journal, the luxury condominium unit's price tag will range between $4 and $6 million.

In a statement, Bentley Motors CEO Adrian Hallmark said: "The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower's interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity and innovation."

"We've partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys," he added.

Meanwhile, Bentley Motors' lead designer Chris Cooke said that they extended the Bentley experience to the comforts of the residences' home.

"This really was an opportunity for us to be able to continue that experience for the customer when they leave the vehicle. They can walk into their apartment and have that same level of detail and design philosophy that can be carried into their entire lifestyle," Cooke said.
