Jimmy Fallon is unloading his New York apartment by listing it on the market for $15 million. The famous host of "The Tonight Show" has been expanding and renovating the massive property with his wife, Nancy Juvonen since 2002.

According to Architectural Digest, the downtown Manhattan apartment is a combination of four separate units at the top three floors of the historic Gramercy Park co-op building.

The 46-year-old veteran host initially bought one of the units for $850,000 in 2002. After marrying Junoven in 2007, the couple spent nearly two decades expanding their space with three other neighboring units.

Property Details

Fallon's extremely customized New York apartment, which spans three separate floors, has now a total of 4,950-square-feet. It features six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Despite spending years transforming the apartment into a cozy and colorful triplex, Fallon and wife restored the original hardwood floors, window frames, and casings of the initial unit. The said fixtures could be traced back to 1883 when the co-op was built with antique touches and 1940s living room wallpaper.

The humble celebrity mansion boasts a massive living room with a custom-made sofa and in-ceiling projector. It has a spacious open kitchen with a wooden island that could be transformed into a six-seater breakfast bar.

The kitchen also includes state-of-the-art appliances and eye-catching sputnik-style pendant lights. The nearby walk-in pantry used to be a recording studio, so it is completely soundproof.

Fallon and his wife also added a playful touch on some house features. Just like how they hide the kids' playroom underneath the stairs, behind a secret bookshelf/ door. The kids area includes a set of monkey bars, a chalkboard wall, and an intercom to the upstairs playroom.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the celebrity talk show host expressed his fascination about secret bookshelves leading to a secret room, which explains the location of the kids' play area.

At the top floor lies the master's bedroom complete with a fireplace, massage bed, dual walk-in closet, luxurious bathroom, and a woodland-inspired sitting area.

The top floor also boasts a saloon room with a giant wet bar and a poker table, perfect for entertaining guests.

Jimmy Fallon Current Home

It was not disclosed if the host is looking for a new home in Manhattan, but it looks like the Fallon family spent their entire year of lockdown in their second home located in Suffolk, New York.

The 3,500 square-foot home is where Fallon has been remotely broadcasting his show's home quarantine edition during the pandemic. Their quarantine house is decorated with equally unique decors, starting off with the attention-seeking wallpaper and indoor slide.

Despite selling his lavish New York apartment, Fallon said that he is not yet ready to leave the city, just like what everybody else does when it was declared as the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic in the US.

"I'm a lifelong New Yorker; you'll still see me at restaurants, Knicks games and Broadway shows. My job is here, my studio is here and a piece of my heart is here. My life will still revolve around this city," Fallon said.
