As the name suggests, it is a property that was initially designed for commercial usage, namely for food-related establishments such as bars, restaurants, pubs, etc. However, there is a legal loophole for this kind of real estate property that one can exploit for their end (jokingly enough). And one pretty example has been known to exist, wherein it sits in the sidewalk corner of two busy streets in one of the busiest cities in the world: New York City.

Originally intended as a small diner & pub, the said small brown box is noticeable for its huge windows all over its sides, its wooden construction, the light brown color due to the said construction method, and the lack of privacy and space inside for the customers who will eat inside. The said diner & pub doesn't even have its own comfort room, therefore customers will be needing to visit the nearby Starbucks if they are in need of relieving themselves while dining at the said location.

The said property is seemingly built as a joke and in spite of what is currently happening right now in the world, due to the ongoing pandemic that everyone is facing. Buildings and establishments like this one can be a reminder of our past normal lives before the pandemic begun, and many are still hoping that everything will be back to normal soon enough so that the owner will finally be able to use this one-of-a-kind real estate property... probably.
