Jordan Feldstein, who is the longtime manager of Adam Levine and his fellow Maroon 5 members, just bought two brand-new properties coast-to-coast and one of them is closer to Jonah Hill's pad.

The 39-year-old Feldstein just splurged on a $11 million mansion on sale in Beverly Hills, California. He is the younger brother of comedian Jonah Hill and son of "Guns & Roses" tour accountant Richard Feldstein.

According to Real Estalker via Variety, the 8,500-square-foot residence is located at the posh spot in Trousdale Estates. It consists of five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Architect Robert Skinner spearheaded the entire design of the million-dollar dwelling which was "pristinely maintained and carefully updated" to a contemporary theme set in the 1960s. The eye-catching fireplace, which is built on white bricks, maintained the balance between the vintage feel of the large living room and modern floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

The living area opens to a relaxing lounge area at the back of the home. The back area includes a pool, outdoor fireplace, and gardens. Aside from the vast number of bedrooms and bathrooms, it also contains "a sleekly appointed kitchen, skylit family room, and a lofted office/library."

The West Coast home is not the only recent addition to the Maroon 5 head honcho's real estate properties.

Feldstein also purchased a $2.3 million "quirky" spot in SoHo, New York City. The music manager's new duplex includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Celebrity estates gossip site 6ftsq.com said that Feldstein's brand-new apartment at Crosby Street is located near the "22 Jump Street" star's pad in Howard Street.

Feldstein previously made headlines after his short-lived marriage with Clint Eastwood's daughter, actress and socialite Francesca Eastwood. They got married in Las Vegas in 2013 but divorced after only one week. In 2014, he also had a scandalous fight with Sharon Osbourne at a pre-Grammy party.

Feldstein isn't only working his magic on Levine's band as he manages the careers of "Blurred Lines" hitmaker Robin Thicke, Damian Marley and more.
