Tampa-based Workforce Prescriptions was acquired by the New York-based privately-held investment firm Rizk Ventures, and will now be operating under the name RV Healthcare Analytics (RVHA).

                The original founders of Workforce Prescriptions, Charlie Dawson and Dean Kristiniak, will remain in RV Healthcare Analytics as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively. Additionally, Jason Palmer, a technology industry veteran, was hired by the company to be the President.

The Value Enhancement Program of RV Healthcare Analytics starts with the Operational Efficiency Diagnostic. The Operational Efficiency Diagnostic identifies achievable value potential for over 100 areas of performance. The Value Enhancement Program also engages staff in the identification, planning, and execution of initiatives to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve outcomes, as well as incorporates dozens of proprietary software tools including a cutting-edge, rapid process re-design technology usable by beginners.
