Bazinga! Sheldon just swooped in on vampire Edward's home.

Robert Pattinson, the 'Twilight' series star has reportedly sold the home in Los Feliz, which he once shared with ex Kristen Stewart, to Jim Parsons, the 'Big Bang Theory' star for $6.3 million, according to several news reports.

Now Parsons (being Sheldon) cut himself a fairly good discount on the price. Pattinson had listed the home for $6.7 million, publicly October, 2013.

According to the listing records, the residence is located in a 'beautiful gated estate.' Spanning an area of 4026 square feet, the home comprises of three bedrooms and three bedrooms. The home offers beautiful views of the city and also has a swimming pool and a library.

The listing describes the home as:

One of the first private residences built in the gentle hills above Los Feliz, this walled & gated estate provides a unique opportunity to acquire an architecturally significant property with historic provenance and incomparable gardens. Perfectly sited on a terraced lot of nearly 1.5 acres, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features original detail with updated systems. Awe inspiring without being overwhelming, the grounds provide many areas for soulful contemplation with water features, lagoon pool and city views. An inspiring property providing privacy, security & serenity.

This is the same home that Rob and his then sweetheart, Kristen Stewart shared while they were dating. However, after the scandalous "cheat story" of Stewart and her 'Snowhite and the Huntsmen' director, Rupert Saunders broke, things fell apart for the couple.

While Kristen moved into another house in the same neighborhood, Rob headed straight to Reese Witherspoon's Ojai ranch, which by the way, sold recently for $4.9 million. Rob got over his initial heartbreak phase at the ranch.

A few months later Rob moved out of his Los Feliz home and rented himself a plush pad in Beverly Hills. Kristen still resides in the neighbourhood.

Meanwhile, Parsons owns two luxury condos at a luxury apartment in Gramercy Park, lower Manhattan. He purchased the first one for $1.8 million in 2011 and the second one for $2.8 million. He and his partner Todd Alan Spiewak own the residences, reports The Observer.

Jim Parsons hails from Texas and in a recent interview for Vanity Fair's "Where I Go" travel feature; he opened up about his favourite places in the city.

Excerpt from the interview:

Parsons lists The Menil Collection as his favorite place to get away from it all.

"It is still my favorite museum I've ever visited, partly because it was the first place I ever saw a Magritte painting in person, and partly because it is one of the most beautiful, peaceful areas of the city," he says."
