According to Variety's celebrity real estate news writer Mark David, "Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson bought a mock-Mediterranean, mini-mansion in Beverly Hills for $4.15 million. The home, measuring 6,131-square feet, lies on a .45 acre land and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located in 90210, on a tiny lane above Coldwater Canyon, this property acquired by Benson was built in 2006.
The house is limestone laid and has glossy dark chocolate brown hardwood floors. It has a foyer with a staircase that has elegant, curvy wrought iron railings. The formal living room has a fireplace that is likewise accentuated by limestone and gas fuelled. A Juliet balcony and a gallery connects the foyer to the formal dining room and leads to a family room. This family room is connected by a wide archway to a uniquely shaped blasé center island kitchen with its expensive equipment. On the second floor are three guest/family bedrooms and a cave-like media room where one of its walls are joined by the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a vaulted and beamed ceiling, walk-in closet, gas balcony, another Juliet balcony, and a full beige limestone adorned bathroom which features a separate steam shower and a jetted soaking tub.
The residence opens through a series of French doors leading to an arched loggia overlooking a spacious terrace. The lawn is shaded by trees. Benson may just be 25 years old but this is not the first time that she has bought a multi-million residence in Los Angeles. The blond actress and two-time Teen Choice Award winner bought a fully renovated, three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, 1930s French Normandy-style cottage in October 2012. The Sunset Strip property was previously owned by pop star Kylie Minogue and much later on by the musician and Eurythmics member, Dave Stewart.
