Taylor Swift's beau, Calvin Harris listed his Hollywood Hills home for $9.995million which makes fans wonder if Harris is moving with Swift.
The Scottish DJ and producer, whose real name is Adam Wiles, purchased the 4,100 square-foot house for $7million three years ago and with that buying price, he is obviously going to get much profit once he sold the Hollywood Hills property, Mail Online reported.
On the other hand, Swift just bought a Beverly Hills mansion for $25 million while Harris has another residence in Beverly Hills which is a 10-bedroom home worth $15 million which features a guest house, two pools and staff quarters.
Going back to the house Harris is selling, it features a formal living and dining room, a home theater, a family room with wet bar, and a chef's kitchen, The Los Angeles Times reported.
It also has a master suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace, and dark wood floors throughout the residence. But the most impressive feature of the home is a motor court where 10 cars can fit in. The interior design of the house is neat and modern in design. Aside from that, it has a swimming pool, a spa as well as a separate guest house.
Harris will stay in his 2.66 acres Beverly Hills compound that has multiple bedrooms and pools. It has an 18,000 square-foot floor area comprised of 11 bathrooms. Its flooring is made from marble and wood and it has a series of decks and terraces which appears to be 'carved into the hillside behind the house.'
Swift lives nearby the home of Harris with a floor area of 11,000-square feet located on two acres of land. The home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms plus a two-room guest apartment above the garage, sunken tennis court, extensive gardens, swimming pool, and pool house with kitchenette, according to Variety.
The two had been building their real estate portfolios with Swift having a net worth of $80million in 2015 while Harris is netted at $66million.
