Los Angeles Real Estate News: A Glimpse of Downtown L.A.’s Bonkers 60-Story Tower

The Downtown neighborhood of Los Angeles is destined to be the upcoming home of numerous luxury megaprojects. Recent project that is in development is the Bonkers 60-Story Tower under the Nardi Associates, architectural firm.

According to L.A Curbed, the downtown neighborhood of Los Angeles, California is booming when it comes to real estate development. At present, one exciting progress in the area is the so called "Olympic Tower," which is dubbed as the architect's site. Having a "first glimpse of what the mixed-user-with-hotel might look like," it's obvious that the future structure will definitely jibe perfectly among the flashy nearby towers.

Report says that these "first renderings show a 60-story tower with LED signs and live plants adorning its exterior, and a rooftop garden." It has also been revealed previously that the future development in downtown neighborhood will have "374 residential units, 33,500 square feet of office space, a 10,800-square-foot conference center, and more than 65,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space."

In addition, since Downtown hotels are one of the trends in real estate development, it is noted that there will 373-room hotel that will be erected as well. Looking at the renderings presented by architecture firm Nardi Associates, people will see a clear vision on how all these things would look like.

Nardi Associates has shared the concrete perspective of the Olympic Tower. In its website has posted how it would appear when the planned real estate undertaking would be finished.

The website states that the "Downtown Los Angeles Olympic Tower will house a variety of uses (Retail, Offices, Hotel and Condominiums) compatible with the existing urban environment." It is also explained in the description how the project has been conceived.

Based on the description, the 60 story iconic building is fashioned "as a gigantic urban tree."As seen in its renderings, there is real vegetation that is blended "with digitized landscape images" including "signage growing along its structural grid and glass surfaces."

Aside from the design, the website also mentions how the downtown neighborhood benefits the existence of this project.
