'The Walking Dead' Spoilers, News: Among the Most-Pirated Shows of 2015, More Walkers on Season 6b

"The Walking Dead" is one of the most loved television shows from AMC but many fans prefer to watch it through the internet which made it the second most pirated program of 2015.

In a list compiled by TorrentFreak.com, "The Walking Dead" had 6.9 million downloads while "Game of Thrones" got the first spot with 14.4 million downloads. Meanwhile, "The Big Bang Theory" has a recorded downloads of 4.4 million. The three programs were pirated through BitTorrent.

It is not a surprise that the show is one of the most pirated shows since many are interested to see the zombie series with high ratings due its surprising twists that keep the viewers hooked.

Even if the list is about pirated shows, it is still good to see that "The Walking Dead" is still famous among the viewers even if it is already on its sixth season. Many shows became less popular as the show goes on but that didn't happen to "The Walking Dead," Undead Walking noted.

Meanwhile, spoilers reveal that there will be more walkers on the second half of season 6. The characters will still deal with the current walkers in the series but special effects supervisor Greg Nicotero revealed something about the appearance of the zombies.

"The only thing you'll never see is a Ray Harryhausen[-inspired], perfectly clean skeleton walking around because obviously, there's no muscle. We still try to keep to the reality of [needing] muscle to move the bone to move the body, but it's just something that we continue to push every season with new sculptures and pushing the elements of what we can," Nicotero said according to Cinema Blend.

The return of the season will also introduce the new character Negan, who is the leader of a group called "The Saviour" which will be another threat to the group of Rick.

"The Walking Dead" will return on February 14, 2016 for the second half of season 6 on AMC.
