The late comedian Danny Thomas' decadent hilltop mansion in Trousdale estates is listed for $135 million. The property is right next to the new digs of Minecraft creator Markus Persson.

L.A Curbed has reported that the 18,000 square foot property of late comedian Danny Thomas is listed in the market for $135 million. This property in Beverly Hills was bought by Thomas sometime in 1960s. He built his house in 1970, and sold it in 2000. The current owner in Trousdale estates is putting it in the market.

In the report, the property has now a "Moorish design" as it has been gut remodeled. It has been furnished with Baccarat chandeliers worth $2.5 million. It also has an elaborated gold-leafed ceilings and intricate tile work. The walls have intenselt patterned wallpaper, painted ceilings.

The gated 2.5 acre estates "sits on an arm of the land that juts out to provide privacy as well as spectacular, "360-degree views" of LA." The mansion has 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, ballroom, frescoes, and sitting room with killer views. It also has a motor court that could house 20 cars. It is mentioned that is could be sold in part and is already "listed for more than "Notch" Persson's $70-million pad". The listing agent however has refused to disclose the exact asking price for the Thomas property including the motor court. Other agents who are familiar with the luxury properties in the area said that it would be priced for $135 million.

Business Wire says that the estate of late Danny Thomas is the best luxury property in Beverly Hills. It is listed by Aaron Kirman, the president of Aaroe Estates and named as 13th real estate agent in the country as named by WSJ and Real Trends in 2015. "What makes this estate so valuable is its site, the grounds and the view that is absolutely the best view in the city," Kirman said.
