Surface Pro 4 Release Update: 5MP Camera, 4GB Memory, 14-inch Display Featured; No Core M Chips in October?

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 remains a secret until now. However, the tech giant continues to reduce the prices of their existing Surface Pro devices, which could mean that the upcoming flagship device could also be within the cheap range.

Surface Pro 3 variants that feature Intel Core i7 with 512GB of storage, Core i7 with 256GB of storage and another Intel Core i5 with 256GB of storage, can now be purchased on the Windows online store for $150 or less. Moreover, the Surface Pro 3 with Intel Core i5 and 128GB of storage can now be bought at $100 less than its original selling price.

On Twitter, Tom Warren of The Verge posted a confirmation tweet that the new Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is definitely coming soon. "If you liked the Surface Pro 3 you'll definitely like the Surface Pro 4. Don't worry, it won't be using Core M chips," Warren said.

Warren also took the time to respond to a fan's question if it was the right time to swap his Surface Pro 1 with the recently discounted Surface Pro 3. He advised the fan, as well as all the other users, to wait for the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 which he expects to come out in October.

Surface Pro 4 may probably come in two variations, one with a 14-inch display and another with a smaller 12-inch display, Tech Times reported. However, previous reports were disputed as the new Surface Pro is not likely to support the type C USB.

Surface Pro will be launched together with the now released Windows 10, but new adjustments to the laplet pushed back the release date. It is believed that the new device is going to feature a 5MP rear camera and a memory of at least 4GB.

Windows has not given any comment regarding the speculations on the rumored Microsoft Surface Pro 4 .
