Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus Update: T-Mobile Launches Handsets before AT&T, Verizon's Aug. 21 Release Date; No Pre-Orders

Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note will be available for purchase through T-Mobile.

T-Mobile recently revealed that they are soon going to make the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Samsung Galaxy be available for purchase. Consumers who have long anticipated the release will finally get their hands on the latest smartphones from Samsung.

Samsung's new devices' news was revealed by T-Mobile through a tweet, announcing that the two new devices are now available for order from Samsung. In addition, their tweet also stated that they will be ready to ship the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 as soon as possible.

T-Mobile CEO John Legere posted, "I heard you! You want to preorder and get your new Samsung devices pronto. So, we're going to speed this up and skip preorders altogether!" Then it was followed by the official announcement stating, "We're opening up #Note5 and #GalaxyS6Plus ordering starting Tuesday 6am PT - no pre-order needed and we're going to start shipping ASAP!"

Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note are being offered for purchase online via the carrier's Telesales and will only be so until Aug. 21, GSM Arena reported. After which, fans will be able to purchase these handsets in stores near them. As for consumers who availed of their ongoing promo called "Jump! On Demand," they will have to be patient and wait until the devices are available in their stores before they can get their hands on them.

For fans of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus or Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Legere advised in his tweet that they just have to simply go to either the My T-Mobile account page, the carrier's official website, or they can even place their orders by calling the official hotline.

Meanwhile, AT&T and Verizon remain quiet amidst all the announcements, so it is assumed that both companies will stick with their schedule of release on Aug. 21st.
