Liam Gallagher New York City "Wonderwall" Up for Grabs at $4 Million

Liam Gallagher, frontman of rock band "Oasis" is flipping his home in New York City for $4 million.

The New York Post broke news of the listing that the 17th floor condo in the Essex House Building at 160 Central park is being marketed by Oren and Tal Alexander, of Douglas Elliman.

Gallagher purchased the residence in 2007 for $3.12 million. The home has been on the market for some time now and if it remains unclaimed for another month, the residence will hit the rental market.

Listing records of the home state that the condo is a 1,575-square-foot, two bedrooms, and two and a half bathroom home.

Floor plans at Streeteasy show that the entrance of the house opens into a narrow foyer which leads to the large living area. The living area is an open concept space with room for separate dining and sitting areas. There is an open kitchen with a breakfast bar as well.

To the right of the foyer is a hallway that leads into the living quarters - a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathrooms and the master wing with a giant bathrooms and walk-in-closets.

Interiors of the home feature coffered ceilings, mixed hardwood flooring and large glass windows that offer panoramic views of the city's skyline.

Building amenities include 24/7 doorman and concierge services, maid services, valet parking, laundry, health club, spa, business centers and even a safe deposit vault service.

"Enjoy the ultimate NYC living in one of the world's highest-caliber hotels and residences, perched high on the 17th floor of the landmarked Essex House. This recently-renovated apartment seamlessly blends prewar elegance with contemporary finishes and cutting-edge technology," the listing states.

News of the NYC pad's listing comes just after Gallagher's estranged wife Nicole Appleton put up their London home for sale with a $7.7 million price tag. The couple split in July last year after news of Gallagher fathering a love child with U.S. writer Liza Ghorbani.

In June, The Mirror reported that Appleton was clearing out the New York City flat and she had over several of her close friends to help her throw out the junk.

"Nicole knew clearing out the flat would be hard so she invited a load of friends along, including Melanie Blatt," The Mirror quoted a source telling The Sun.

"Nicole wanted to make the whole thing into a positive experience and leave the city with loads of good memories. She's been through the mill with Liam but she's in a really good place right now and has a new lease of life," the source added.

Meanwhile, the rocker is currently dating his former manager Debbie Gwyther and was recently spotted hanging out at Hyde Park.
