Pirates of the Caribbean Actress Keira Knightly Lists London Townhouse for $4.7 Million

Keira Knightly of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" fame has reportedly listed her townhouse on Wilkes Street, East London, for about $4.7 million (£3 million), according to several news reports.

Knightly purchased the home for $3.8 million from Oscar-nominated actress, Samantha Morton, some time back in May 2012 when she was engaged to musician husband, James Righton, reports The Real Estalker. The couple wed exactly a year after they brought the home and they are already ready to part with the place.

According to the listing records, the home is a 3,223 square feet complex comprising of four bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms, all spread across three stories.

The floorplan of the home shows that the residence has a basement, which is used as a screening room. The lower ground floor has a utility room and a large living room. The ground/main floor has two large living rooms and two extra rooms. A patio is also present on a higher level.

The first floor has a reception room, a kitchen and a large dining area. The second floor comprises of two large bedrooms and a sauna-size bathroom too. The third floor is home to the rest of the bedrooms.

The Listing describes the residence as:

This elegantly decorated piece of history which has been lovingly renovated over recent years is now available to buy and handed on to another discerning owner with a penchant for Georgian architecture.

This stunning Huguenot house in a  commanding corner plot that has uninterrupted views of Christ Church is supremely quiet given its proximity to everything that gives this most fashionable quarter of East London the kudos it richly deserves.
