'Final Fantasy': Director Hajime Tabata Wants to Work on 'The Legend of Zelda'

Director Hajime Tabata would be very much willing to work with "The Legend of Zelda." The "Final Fantasy XV" director would want to add more sky rains donuts and fantasyland fun to make the ride as hell as possible.

This wouldn't be possible anymore as the director is now working on "Final Fantasy XV" and also works under Square Enix, although not Nintendo.

This rousing jiff of fantasy comes from Dengeki PlayStation's distinct 600th issue, as marked by Nintendo Everything, when Tabata was asked what other game series he might like to work on if miraculously given carte blanche.

He said, "The Legend of Zelda series. I'm not quite sure why myself, but a Zelda game made with the technology and know-how of Final Fantasy XV is the game I wish to create as of this moment."

In other news, there is still a lot of work needed to be done for the "Final Fantasy XV" in order for it to come out perfectly. A lot of changes are needed and based on the statement of Gematsu, "Although the company is starting to see the visual direction, the battle system is currently being worked out through trial-and-error."

Subsequently, there's a likelihood that the command battle scheme of the old timers might not be effective or might not work nowadays. The company is still thinking as to the kind of direction that will be most effective for the 'Final Fantasy' game.

Yoshinori Kitase, the games' producer, described the works being made, while restating what has been said beforehand about the essential to update the game's turn-based battle system. Although the game is still experiencing the trial and error stages, it gives a favorable outcome.
