"Un-Break My Heart" singer Toni Braxton may have filed for a $50-million bankruptcy in 2010, but it looks like she is already keeping her finances in shape this time. The 48-year-old singer recently sold her Calabasas mansion for $3.4 million.

Toni Braxton has sold her 5,323-sqaure-foot mansion in Calabasas, California for $3.4 million, Trulia reported on the sale. The "Breathe Again" singer reportedly bought the one-story house in 2014 for $2.9 million.

The publication noted that the property's price tag isn't bad for those who wish to enter and own a property next to famous celebrities, including the Kardashian family. The house reportedly sits in The Oaks and boasts of stunning views of the California hills.

Braxton's property also has four en-suite bedrooms. The master suite also includes a sitting room, master bath and two walk-in closets. It has a total of five fireplaces with a large family room, which comes with a complete built-in entertainment system. The house also opens outside to a pool, spa and gazebo to entertain guests at home.

Toni Braxton's net worth is currently at $10 million, Celebrity Net Worth reported.

Braxton sold over 40 million albums worldwide and has released seven studio albums as of writing. Braxton also filed for bankruptcy twice - one in 1998 and another in 2010.

The publication noted that Braxton only incurred $5 million in debt in 1998 and was able to recover after releasing a new album in 2000. However, she filed as much as $50 million in debt in 2010 after owing money to different creditors including the IRS, AT&T and Tiffany & Co.

Braxton also recently performed at the 2016 BET Honors, which was held at the Warner Theatre in Washington, Rickey reported.

Braxton sang alongside her sister Tamar Braxton and said that her performance was in honor of her mentor, L.A. Reid. She sang her hit singles, "Seven Whole Days," "Breathe Again," "He Wasn't Man Enough" and "Un-Break My Heart."
