Lauren Conrad has bought a $4.4 million Pacific Palisades mansion in LA back in June 2015 but the house didn't get much attention as per details in the interior and outdoor areas.

The fashion designer and TV personality's LA mansion has a Mediterranean design house that was built in 2004. It is set in a gated community with more than an acre of land.

The 5,871-square-foot residence is comprised of five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a powder room, an office, and a playroom. The interior features vaulted ceilings, archways, wide plank floors, and French doors, LA Times reported.

One exciting feature of the property is the swimming pool which has a tree house-style waterslide, a spa and a waterfall. The park-like yard also contains two patios as well as a built-in barbecue.

The charming ivy-covered home welcomes the homeowners and her guests through a beautiful tiled archway. It also has a stunning iron railing staircase inside the house.

The living room has exposed beams and an abundance of natural light which makes the area bright and welcoming. The kitchen has a warm and rustic wood as well as top-of-the-line appliance which is connected to the breakfast area and family room.

The dining area with a rustic charm has crown molding on it as well as an attractive chandelier. It also has dark wood beams and could easily access the backyard.

The home was designed to accommodate the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of the owners with features like an alfresco fireplace.

The master bath, which is one of five and a half bathrooms boasts a large soaking tub and a separate shower. Rustic wood details are also seen in another bathroom in the home.

Other than this property, Condrad also owns other real estate properties that include a Beverly Hills penthouse, a Laguna Beach house, and a Brentwood Hills home, Pop Sugar reported. Her net worth is $25 million.

Conrad first gained popularity when she was noticed on “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County ” and a spin-off show, titled “The Hills.”
