Fellow golfers Hunter Mahan and Jordan Spieth have one thing in common now and that is Mahan's multi-million dollar home in Dallas. Realtor reports that the 33-year-old PGA golfer Mahan has sold his estate and the new owner is Jordan Spieth.

Mahan's home was sold in the price of $7.15 million and truly his co-golfer Spieth will enjoy the amenities that the multi-million house offers. The estate is located in Gated Creeks of Preston Hollow in Dallas.

The estate includes a "five-bedroom" mansion, a sports complex with a basketball court, and a complete gym center. The best feature of the house that Spieth probably fell in love with was its golf simulator room and the huge car parking area that can accommodate 12 cars.

"Measuring more than 10,000 square feet, his new home offers plenty of room for the bachelor lifestyle, including an indoor half-size basketball court as well as a 12-car garage. There are also separate guest quarters so visitors won't be stepping on your toes."

"The acre-plus property offers landscaped grounds surrounding the tiled infinity pool. The nearby woods will provide plenty of privacy for golf's youngest star," based on the outlet.

Apart from the extra perks that the house includes, Candysdirt reports that Spieth's new kitchen dons the marble countertop and sink with a very distinguishable rustic design that is seen overall in the kitchen's setup. While the family area is endowed with large sofas by Nancy Corzine, it could leave anyone breathless with the outside view of the huge pool through its electronic windows.

"This room opens to the outdoors loggia and patio, which is again, the coolest thing ever. Electric retractable screens by Phantom can make a second room out of the vast patio, which wraps the family room, and seal out West Nile carrying mosquitoes," according to the publication.
