Former Seattle Seahawks player Nate Burleson is selling his house beside the fourth hole of the Golf Club of Newcastle for $2.95 million.

According to Seattle Curbed, the mansion is very spacious with 8,871-square-foot area. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, plus two and a half bathrooms.

The property is also perfect for outdoor living as there is a golf course nearby. The place also features a wide patio which is large enough for a number of people. The interior of the place is decorated with refined and formal Northwest style, and there are columns which add the elegance of the place. Considering that the owner is an athlete, there is also a gym inside.

Listing details reveal that the property was originally built in 2008 and is still in good building condition. There are a total of six fireplaces in the house; three in the main level and three in the upper levels. The master bedroom has its own fireplace and also a walk-in closet. The house also features French doors and vaulted ceilings. The floorings are made of ceramic tile and hardwood, and some of the areas also have wall-to-wall carpet.
