Zosia Mamet, the famous actress best known for portraying "Shoshana Shapiro" in the hit HBO series "Girls", has reportedly listed her triplex residence in Brooklyn, New York City, for $1.6 million.

Mamet purchased the townhouse only last year with her boyfriend "X-Men" actor Evan Jonigkeit for $1.04 million. There is no intel on why she is selling but if she manages to unload it for the asking, she would make a $500,000 profit.

Colin Montgomery of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent. The residence at 896 Flushing Avenue offers 2,508-square-foot of living space comprising of eight bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Floor plans of the townhouse show the basement level below the main floor has a bathroom and ample storage space.

The main floor has a formal living room and an open-concept kitchen and dining area. The first floor has three bedrooms and another kitchen plus dining area. The floor above has the same layout.

The home also has a rooftop deck with a garden and lounging area.

Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, large glass windows and high ceilings. The listing description illustrates the home as:

"Rare opportunity to own a 22' wide mixed-use property on the desirable East Williamsburg/Bushwick border. Flexible possibilities as a self-sustaining owner's residence with income-producing units, an investment rental property, or new development with buildable potential to 5,192 sqft and 6 apartments."

Last year, Jemima Kirke - who plays Jessa Johansson in the racy series - purchased a 3,360-square-foot, three-bedroom duplex condo. Lena Dunham (Hannah Horvath) was also spotted checking out a penthouse in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn in May 2013.

While the cast dabbles in some real estate, "Girls" is slated to return with its fourth season in January 2015.
