Korean mobile manufacturer Samsung has announced on Monday that it will release new variants for its popular phablet, Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The company said that there are two models expected to arrive in the market. The two variants for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 128 GB Winter Special Edition comes in Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium color options, a report from iDigital Times said.

However, the Winter Special Edition of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a very limited availability. It was said that the device will be sold in South Korea with a hefty price. Samsung users are expecting that the device will also be sold in several online stores such as Alibaba, eBay, and Amazon, among others.

"The only major change in terms of design is the placement of the Samsung logo at the back, which is at to the bottom. The standard variant has the logo beneath the camera sensor. The phone will be offered in Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium color options via SK Telecom and KT for 999,900 Korean won, or the equivalent of $850. The manufacturer is also offering deals on other handsets, such as a free wireless charger to those purchasing the Galaxy Note 5, and a free Gear VR headset with all orders of the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge+," Android Central reports.

According to The Geekiepedia, one of the best features of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Winter Edition is the device's spacious internal storage capacity of 128 GB. Aside from this, the device boasts new specifications such as the 5.5 inch QHD Super AMOLED display. Added features of the device are the fingerprint scanner technology and an online payment facility which offers maximum security for users.

"The new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 special winter edition is power packed with Octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage with no expansion microSD. The device features a 16MP rear camera with OIS and 5MP secondary camera with new samsung pay feature for secure payment.
