Tech mogul, Kumar Malavalli, is seeking a buyer for his roughly eight-acre property, with features of a bell tower and an indoor swimming pool. The estate has a whopping price of $88 million.

This Sillicon Valley Compound is one of the most expensive real estate properties on sale in the area, although there are other homes that have been traded for higher prices, listing agent Michael Dreyfus said.

Based on the Realtor report, the 20,400-square-feet main house has five bedrooms. Inside the vast property is the 1,024-square-foot executive center with a reception desk, a conference room, and a kitchenette. The co-founder of Brocade Communications Systems, Malavalli, also heads the venture group VKRM, and works primarily out of the executive center to keep his work separate from his personal life.

Inside the vast estate is another building with a catering kitchen where Malavalli likes to hold events for up to 250 people. The huge property "is really set up for somebody who wants to do business in the Valley and entertain in the valley," the listing agent said.

The estate also has an indoor pool with a retractable roof that shuts automatically when rains start to pour. Other amenities to the property include a gym, a home theater, and a six-car garage.

Malavalli and his wife want to dispose of the property because they want a smaller home closer to their grandchildren.

With a price tag of $88 million, the prospective buyer can expect a lot from this huge estate in the Los Altos Hills.

As Curbed reported, the property has no shortage of great features and modern amenities. Aside from the executive center, there are other great features including a 4,000-bottle wine cellar, a stand-alone catering kitchen, a swim-up bar, and a bell tower that can serve as a stage.

Throughout the grounds of this vast property, you will find sculptures depicting a group of musicians, figures holding baskets, and children playing.
