Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump is brewing for something for Naruto. As noted, the world's famous portal of weekly digital magazine for manga has launched a teaser website, obviously for Masashi Kishimoto's famous characters in his manga.

According to Anime News Network, the new website that has been opened by Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump has featured "a logo and the silhouettes of characters from Masashi Kishimoto's 'Naruto' manga." The portal also contains meta tags bearing the word "Naruto."

Report says that the countdown will end on December 19 at exactly 3:30 in the afternoon. It is noted that on that day also, Jump Festa Convention will commence.

If one could recall, the main "Naruto" manga had been concluded on November. Masashi Kishimoto started serializing his famous manga in 2000. "He then wrote the Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring one-volume sequel manga, and also worked on the script and character designs and served as the chief production supervisor on the Boruto -Naruto the Movie- film sequel." It has also been noted that there are several series of novels that have been written to continue the narrative even after the manga has ended.

ANN also states that Masashi Kishimoto only answered with a dry smile when Yuko Sanpei, voice actress of "Boruto -Naruto the Movie," said after the screening event of the movie that she hoped to see the film would continue its story.

Comic Book on the other hand says that there might be new information concerning the "Naruto Countdown to Next Generation" during the Jump Festa convention. As implied, "the teaser seems to be hinting at a new manga or film starring the characters featured in Boruto: Naruto the Movie."

As mentioned by Crunchyroll, "Something Naruto (and/or Boruto) is coming up in December." The creator of the biggest hit manga has not released any announcement of confirmation regarding the "Naruto Countdown to Next Generation." As of press time, his previous plan about making a new manga that would surpass "Naruto" still stands.
