"Dancing With the Stars" (DWTS) star Mark Ballas is reportedly planning to make a major renovation of his Spanish-style residence located at Beverly Hills in California. It was said that Balls bought the property for $2,525,000. Now rumor has it that after renovating the luxurious Beverly Hills mansion, Ballas will sell the whole real estate property to earn a profit, a report from Realtor said.

"The listing calls the 1973 property in the prestigious 90210 ZIP code a wonderful family home and a money-making opportunity on one of Benedict Hills Estates' most desirable streets. The pricey fixer-upper features five bedrooms, herringbone wood floors, a fireplace, and an outdoor pool," the report noted.

According to the report, if Ballas will eventually push through with his plans to renovate and sell his Beverly Hills property, his fellow "DWTS" and a close friend, Derek Hough, will help him. It can be recalled that back in 2014, both Dallas and Hough bought and renovated a 1960s ranch-inspired residence located in Studio City, CA.

It was said that buying the real estate property was indeed very timely since "Ballas and his 'DWTS' celeb partner Alex PenaVega were recently cut from this season of the reality TV dance competition. That means Ballas has some free time."

According to Celebrity Net Worth, the popular American dancer, singer, songwriter, choreographer and actor has a net worth of  $2 million. He became the Britain's Juvenile Ballroom and Latin American Dance champion when his family moved to London.

"In 2007, Ballas joined the fifth season of Dancing With the Stars, where he was paired with Cheetah Girl Sabrina Bryan; the duo was eventually eliminated. He returned to Dancing With the Stars in 2008 where he and Olympic figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi won the Dancing title. Mark Ballas again appeared on Dancing With the Stars for the seventh season, paired with reality TV star Kim Kardashian, Ballas, for Dancing With the Stars seventh season; Ballas and Kardashian were eliminated," the report said.
