American football quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals Carson Palmer is selling his luxurious house located in the city of Del Mar for $24, 995,000.  Palmer has actually bought the contemporary-style residence for $4.4 million back in 2010, a report from Los Angeles Times said on Wednesday.

"The three-story house, designed for entertaining and casual indoor-outdoor living, includes such custom features an infinity-edge swimming pool, a bocce ball court, a sports court, an open-air living room and an outdoor kitchen/wet bar," the report said.

There's a spacious garage that can park more than 10 vehicles.
