"One Piece" anime series will have its first ever winter special. The special episode will feature Foxy Pirate, and fans are promised for a third battle in this episode.

Anime News Network reports that the "One Piece" official website has released an announcement on Monday telling avid followers of the anime series that the franchise will have a TV special on December 19.

According to the report, the "One Piece" anime special episode is entitled "One Piece- Adventure of Nevlandia." It is promised that this first winter special will have an original story, and the setting is on a "Devil Fruit blocking fog island in the New World that keeps Devil Fruit users from being able to use their powers."

The winter special of "One Piece" anime spoilers reveals that "crew will also again meet and have a rematch with the Foxy Pirates from the Davy Back Fight arc." It also disclosed that Foxy has new underlings, namely Dōjack, Kanshō, and Kōmei. It is said that Kōmei comes from the family of genius tacticians.

In this winter special of "One Piece," fans will learn that Kōmei is an asset of Foxy. It is him who would devise a plan on how to lock Zoro and Sanji in jail. When Zoro and SAnji joined the eating contest, they had eaten the strange "good-for-nothing mushroom," and after that they were turned into "good-for-nothing men." Kōmei also led the Straw Hat Pirates into the Nevlandia.

The island of Nevlandia in "One Piece" is known to have a mysterious fog that is made from sea water. The fog is said to have "the same effects as seastone."
