If you think that the stressful home buying process ends after a deal is finally closed, think again. Remember, you still have to do the much dreaded move.

"Almost two in three (61 percent) placed the ordeal at the top of their stress list in a poll of 2,000 adults who have moved homes in the past three years," said Express.

Moving can be a huge stressor that in one way or another bring anxiety, depression, or worse, can even cause divorce! If you are doing a house move soon, here are 5 ways to not go insane while you're at it according to Realty Times:

Breathe

Nothing like a good deep inhale-exhale can't mend. If you're onto your last box and realize that you still have too many stuff to pack, or your mover accidentally tripped over the champagne glasses box, or if your labeling pen couldn't have picked the most appropriate time to dry out - breathe. Well, it won't really solve the problem, but it will keep you stay calm and focus on the situation and eventually allow you to come up with a solution.

Relax

We know, we know. There is really nothing relaxing about house moving, but this is also the exact reason why you need to spare some time to do things that relax you; like a bubble bath, yoga, or lighting some scented candles. When you take the edge off, you will find yourself more productive and driven to get things done.

Drink

Keep that body hydrated for all the lifting, stretching, twisting, kneeling, and other hard physical work that moving requires. And don't forget a bottle of wine to pop to celebrate for when you are done packing.

Get some sleep

Passing on sleep just to get things over and done with will likely do more harm than good. Without enough rest and sleep, you can become grouchy which may only complicate the already unpleasant experience.

Label everything

Labeling is a must when moving. It may slow you down a little but you will surely find it beneficial when you need to find that single remote to make all the electronics work. You can label by room, by type, or a mix of both. If possible, it would also help to indicate each and every item that is inside the box.
