Celine Dion recently listed her Juniper Island estate for sale for a whopping $72.5 million. The Florida home comes with its own water park.

The 5.7-acre property has a Bahamian-style home that is nearly 10,000 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a formal living room with vaulted ceilings, a screened-in porch, a media room, an elevator and guest wing, reports the Daily Mail. The master suite has a walk-in closet with an automated rack for clothing and an automated carousel for shoes. It also has a wraparound terrace and two decks, one with a fireplace and another with a hot tub.

The property also includes an eight-bedroom guesthouse, a golf range, a tennis house, a beach house, a pool house with a massage room. There are three pools in the house. Two pools have slides, water-gun stations and a lazy river. The third pool overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

The listing came as a shocker to many. In 2005, Dion bought part of the property with manager husband, René Angélil for $12.5 million and then the other part in 2008 for $7 million. They combined both properties and built their dream home, which completed construction in 2010.

"The property is currently underutilized," Dion's rep told E! News. "Due to an intensive performance schedule, especially in Las Vegas and around the world over the next five years, the family will not be able to spend much time in Florida. They will base themselves in Las Vegas."
