Jordan Maron is a regular 23-year-old guy. His favorite hobbies include playing "Minecraft" and creating videos of himself playing the game under the name "Captain Sparklez." But there isn't anything regular about Maron's YouTube videos, which have garnered 1.7 billion views and 8.8 million subscribers. What's more, Maron's gaming addiction has earned him enough money to buy a $4.5 million luxury home, while most 23-year-olds can barely afford to buy a nice couch.

Variety reports that the home sits above Los Angeles' Sunset Strip, and has a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean. The most notable design feature of the three-story house is its glass terraces. The whole side of the house facing the view uses glass walls, allowing its young owner to enjoy the view without any obstructions.

The property, with its 4,100 square feet living space, has three bedrooms and five bathrooms.  Each bedroom has its own balcony. It has plenty of living room space to host parties, or in Maron's case, game nights. The main living room is decorated with a graffiti painting of the game "Monopoly," mirroring the YouTube sensation's young and cool personality. It opens to a deck with its own outdoor fireplace. Maron's master suite includes a walk-in closet and a unique see-through fireplace.

The family room is located on the lowest level. It has a sunken wet bar, and opens to a terrace that features a stainless steel barbecue set. On a clear day, the stainless steel acts as a mirror and projects its surroundings, creating a seamless overall look. Outside, there's a party-sized spa and an infinity pool.

Coincidentally, "Minecraft" creator Markus "Notch" Persson lives in the same area. The billionaire bought a $70 million, 23,000-square-foot mansion last year, near Captain Sparklez's new house.
