It's action time in the real estate market as "The Avengers" actor, Jeremy Renner has listed his latest real estate project for sale asking for a cool $24.95 million.
Apart from acting, Renner and his business partner, actor Kristoffer Winters, are into the real estate business. The duo buys and renovates properties. Their latest project was the Holmby Hills Art Deco that has now hit the listing market and is up for grabs.
The property project is allegedly their biggest venture yet and was first purchased for just $7 million in 2010, reports CelebDigs.
The home sits on a 10,000 square feet estate in The Beverly Glen area, which is a gated community in Beverly Hills. The place is a single-storey multi-winged property comprising of six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The house sports 14 foot high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The home interiors are beautifully designed by Kristoffer Winters. Lush green lawns with fountains and a pool adorn the exterior. A cobblestone driveway leads up to the homefront, reports Zillow
Renner is quite the all-rounder. The Oscar-nominated actor has studied many disciplines ranging from criminology to Filipino Martial Arts. Along with acting, he has also tried his luck at song-writing, producing and he was a make-up artist too!
Renner's personal life has been quite private because "he likes to keep his personal life, Private", reports the Huffington Post. He's expecting his first child later this year with an ex-girlfriend. Multiple sources have confirmed the pregnancy but Renner denied the news.
Renner starred in the Academy award winning movie, "The Hurt Locker." The actor has been working on his latest film, "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters," which is slated to hit the theaters on Jan. 25.
