Want to catch the action in this year's Rugby World Cup? With only two weeks to go for the event, chances are the hotels are already fully booked by now. Luckily, Snoozebox Rugby Hotel will be coming to Cardiff Bay to provide a different kind of accommodation--an inflatable sleeping pod--in the heart of the World Cup Rugby action.

According to Wales Online, Snoozebox Rugby Hotel will be available from September 19 to October 19. The pop up hotel offers two types of accommodation: an inflatable Snoozy sleeping pod or a Snoozebox room.

The sleeping pod is a portable hotel room and is available from £99 a night. The inflatable pod can be fitted with either a double or twin bed. What sets it apart from the usual tent-type accommodations are guests can actually stand up straight inside it. Guests can also use Snoozy showers and toilets.

For those who want more comfort, meanwhile, the Snoozebox room offers necessary facilities. These include a double and single bed, en-suite toilet and shower, free WiFi, flat screen TV, and of course, electricity.

Back in January 2014, it was reported that such Snoozebox portable hotel will be available for the Rugby World Cup 2015 to accommodate its hordes of fans. According to Gloucester Citizen, the concept is putting together shipping containers that are converted into basic but functional hotel rooms.

This trend of portable hotels have been observed lately for various sports events. The Independent reports that Snoozebox, in particular, has been to various locations and events, including the British MotoGP and Godwood races. The report also lists various hotels for sports fans, which include those with pitch-side rooms as well as those located on the sporting grounds, which allow guests to bask in the heart of action.
