Halle Berry has quietly put her Hollywood Hills mansion back on the market for $15 million, according to TMZ. The home is the same residence where Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry, took on her fiancé Oliver Martinez in a violent Thanksgiving Day fight.

Shortly after the Thanksgiving Day incident, multiple real estate sources familiar with the deal told TMZ Berry gave a prominent realtor a "pocket listing" - A pocket listing means a real estate agent has a contract to sell it, but it is not listed in the Multiple Listing Service or advertised. The high-end broker, Billy Rose with elite company The Agency, knows how to sell the house. Rose once owned the house himself a decade ago before renovating it and selling it to actor Frankie Muniz, who then sold it to Berry, according to TMZ.

Rose has reportedly put out "feelers" to other realtors and potential buyers with some success. Berry has already received an $11 million offer, but is holding out for more money, reported TMZ.

A heated argument reportedly occurred between Aubry - the father of Berry's 4-year-old daughter - and Martinez Thanksgiving Day outside, in the front driveway of Berry's home. Aubry has stated that Martinez, who is an actor and trained boxer, attacked him without provocation and threatened to kill him over his ongoing custody dispute with Berry. However, according to police reports, Aubry was the aggressor in the confrontation.

Though he won't face any criminal charges for the fight, it's reportedly been determined by police that Aubry threw the first punch.

"Suspect [Aubry] arrived at victim's [Martinez] residence for child custody exchange. Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation. Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim's head but missed and struck victim's right shoulder instead. Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect's head, causing him to fall to the ground. Victim's fiance [Berry] notified police," TMZ has revealed from the final police report.

The report also says that Martinez acted in self-defense, determining, "Victim defended himself and punched the suspect."

The brawl left Aubry with a broken rib, and a badly battered face. Berry has been appealing for a restraining order against Aubry for her and her daughter after an emergency protective order ends Thursday, Nov. 29, according to the New York Post.

If you've got a spare $12 million or so lying around - you gotta low ball em baby - Berry's spread is a five-bedroom, 5,900 square foot Tuscan-style estate, with a massive backyard, a 1,400 square foot guest house, a pool and spa, tons of fireplaces, and impeccable landscaping.
