The former defenseman of Anaheim Ducks, Francois Beauchemin, has listed his home in Tustin for sale at $3.499 million. In July, he joined the Colorado Avalanche on a three-year deal and that makes his net worth amounting to $13.5 million.

As reported by Los Angeles Times, the property is situated in Tustin Ranch covering more than half an acre of land. The two-story house highlights two master bedrooms and a double-height entry. The saltwater swimming pool is accentuated with a raised spa and a beautiful waterfall facet.

Take a tour at the interior of the grand house. It has a raised ceilings and Travertine floors that include a step-down dining room. The living room is accentuated with a fireplace, a center-island kitchen and a wet bar. The master suite is located upstairs and it features a sitting area and a fireplace. The balcony that measures 5,400 square feet of space could accommodate a total of six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, according to the report of Courant. 

The exterior of the home, as described in the report of Story Clash,  would make interested buyers swoon as a covered patio on the landscaped grounds allows both owners and guests an opportunity to relax. An extra special outdoor fireplace is also situated nearby to keep the dwellers warm during a cold weather. There is a remarkable fountain with ornamental design which marks the entrance to the house. 

According to the record reported by the Los Angeles Times, the property was purchased in 2012 by Francois Beauchemin for the price of $2.3 million.

The 35-year-old Beauchemin listed a record of 11 goals and 12 assists. He played 64 games for Anaheim team last year which was his 13th NHL season. His total 179 points is second among all defensemen in Ducks franchise history.
