Nick Jonas, who rose to fame along with his brothers through their now-defunct group, The Jonas Brothers, has parted with his Hollywood Hills home which he bought in 2013 for $3.2M, reports Los Angeles Times.

The Mediterranean-style gated compound, which sold for $3.4M, is resting above Sunset Strip. Built in 1938, it covers almost 3200 sq.ft. of living space. Nick's former property consists of a two-story main residence and a guest house.

The Hollywood Hills home includes four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a spacious living room equipped with a fireplace, and a dining room. The whole family will be able to bond in its family room that doubles as a home theater also, notes the outlet.

Outside, the property has charming gardens, adds LA Times. The surrounding city scenery will also be a nice way for the new owners to welcome each morning. The Hidden Hills residence reportedly comes with a relaxing swimming pool for another fun event for the whole family.

The news site reports that Richard Klug and Matthew Isbell of Sotheby's International Realty were the agents who listed the property. Klug was the agent who represented the buyers, says LA Times.

The 22-year-old singer, who started performing with his brothers Kevin and Joe, gained a lot of fans through their Disney Channel shows and successful albums. Together with his brothers, he served as the voice for The Cherubs in the 2009 movie, "Night at the Museum: Battle for the Smithsonian," notes IMDB. Nick also became a part of the spectacular "Les Misérables in Concert: The 25th Anniversary" ensemble in 2010 as Marius Pontmercy, adds the website.

Nick is a self-proclaimed perfectionist but he said he has already learned to relax. He was quoted as saying by IMDb, "It sounds funny, but my biggest fear is that I'm not perfect. I'm a perfectionist, and I get upset when things go wrong or when I don't do well. I used to be very uptight, but I've learned to loosen up."

"I think the biggest learning curve for me was realizing that you have to take time to enjoy the moments. You become stressed over a lot of different things when you're riding a wave, so It was important for me to have fun and enjoy the next step," he continued.

Nick performed at the 2015 American Country Music Awards with the duo Dan + Shay, reports E! Online. Jonas attended the event with his proud and supportive girlfriend, Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2013.
