A Hollywood A-lister is giving you the opportunity to scoop up her luxe estate in one of the most prime locations in LA -- wanna know who she is?

Well, let's just say that this "Miss Congeniality" is not out there to "Blind Side" you with "The Proposal" of letting you lease her Hollywood Hills home for $18,500. It may not be "The Lakehouse" you've always dreamed of, but hey, it's enough to shield you against the "Forces of Nature" "While You Were Sleeping."

Those were some clues right there, and if you haven't figured it out yet, you must be really feeling "The Heat" by now.

That's right, multi-award-winning actress, Sandra Bullock, just listed her single-family home on Marmont Avenue, and it's yours for the taking at the aforementioned asking rental price, as reported in Trulia.

According to its listing, the 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom home features "a very sexy" master bedroom with an en-suite bath where a soaking tub and a separate steam shower can be enjoyed.

Other home details include a wide living area with vaulted ceiling and a fireplace, a chef's kitchen, a two-car garage, and an office space. On the outside, one can find a private stone-decked pool, spa, and lanai overlooking the city. "One bedroom has cool sleeping loft area and would make a great gym," says the listing.

The home sits on an 8,527 square-foot lot and was built in 1942. Today, the structure is sporting a contemporary architecture and stucco exteriors. It is conveniently located near the well-known Sunset Boulevard. It comes fully-furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, washer, dryer, gas, satellite cable, and a sprinkler system.

According to its Redfin listing, the property was last sold on January 11, 2001 for $1,485,000, and nearby schools around the vicinity include Dvorsky College Preparatory School, Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts, and Larchmont Charter School-West Hollywood.

Just last year, the "Gravity" and "Speed" actress had some infamous face-to-face encounter with a stalker inside her very home, also in Los Angeles. A story from TMZ recounts how the actress saw a man in dark clothes along one of the home's hallways.

According to the article, Bullock caught a glimpse of the stalker on her way to her bedroom after she had heard some noise in the house and thought that someone might have broken in. She was able to lock the door and call 911 for help.

The man has since been charged with 19 counts of felony, and TMZ has just recently released a copy of the 911 audio recording played at the LA courtroom hearing.
