PS4 PS Now New Games for February 2015 Include 'God of War HD', 'Uncharted 2: Among Thieves'

Fans of PlayStation 4 would have new games to look forward to this month. PlayStation Now has recently announced the additional five new games the online game streaming service would make available to its subscribers.

Last month, PlayStation 4 users were treated to a new service called the PlayStation Now, which offers online streaming of video games for a fee. According to the PlayStation blog, the subscription service began with more than a hundred games on its lineup.

The titles initially released by the company behind the service include video games, which were only available to the PlayStation 3 console exclusively, making the roster of games more exciting and with better selections.

PlayStation Now comes in two subscription options. One could avail a monthly plan for $19.99 or one could get a discounted rate of $44.99 for three months.

Now on its second month, the subscription service made by the company behind one of the most popular gaming consoles, has unveiled the 5 new additional titles for gamers this February.

According to IGN, "God of War II HD," "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves," "Galaga Legions DX," "Red Faction: Armageddon" and "Arcana Heart 3" are the subscription service's new title releases for February.

"Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" sees the return of fortune hunter Nathan Drake as he tries to look for the lost treasures hidden at the Himalayan Valley of Shambhala to protect it from criminals.

Meanwhile, "God of War II HD" is about the god Kratos as he protects his realm and his love, Sparta.

"Galaga Legions DX" is a remake of the classic game in which players defend the Earth from attacking aliens.

Mars in chaos is what would greet any gamers who opt to play the "Red Faction: Armageddon." Separatists Mars residents take on colonists of the red planet that made it uninhabitable. Gamers would have to take the side of the colonists to defend and build their planet so it would be a livable place again.

"Arcana Heart 3" is a video game set in Japan. Gamers hunt for a celestial stone, which is said to grant any wish requested by its finder. The game focuses on the search for the stone and its defense once found from those with evil intentions.

The five new titles would be available for rent to subscribers beginning Feb. 3.

PlayStation Now is reportedly working on bringing the same service to the PS Vita, reported IB Times.

PS Now Director of Marketing Peter Jamshidi said the company is currently looking at launching the service in other units. "We are working on officially launching subscription on Vita, as well as on PS3, PSTV and 2014 Sony TVs soon," he said.
