While previous Camry versions have proven to be spectacular in specs and style, the 2015 Toyota Camry is even more sophisticated. That's what Toyota assures its loyal customers. With many other auto companies are flaunting their own sedan models, the 2015 Camry may always be a notch higher than the rest in all aspects.
Toyota Camry is America's best-selling car today. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection, and lane departure warning which makes it one of the best sedans that have ever been invented.
And while competition is getting tighter every quarter -- with Nissan's Altima, Honda's Accord and Ford's Fusion rallying out for a race -- Camry's newest feature, the Qi Wireless Charging, could make all the difference.

The 2015 Toyota Camry will have a "178-horsepower, 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine", according to US News, which gets it a 28 miles per gallon fuel economy. The vehicle is also available in a 268 horsepower, 3.5 liter V6 version. US News reveals that "both engines are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission."
The V6 model has a fuel efficiency of 21/31, which is good for midsize cars under V6 category.
But what is perhaps most interesting about the Toyota Camry 2015 is the new addition to its overall design. The car boasts of nearly 2000 new parts. One of these new installations is the Qi ("chee") Wireless Charging system.
As reported by Extreme Tech, "With this $75 option, a transducer is embedded in the base of the center stack. Stick your Qi-compatible phone there and it charges any device drawing up to 5 watts, meaning virtually all smartphones."
Since Camry's USB jack can only supply power of up to 5 watts, tablets and other devices requiring more than 5 watts of power won't charge through it. Also, its navigation system does not have a quick-access map button on its center stack, according to Extreme Tech. There are also complains that the back seats do not fully fold and the LE interior trim lines are quite bleaker compared to that of the Honda Accord and the Nissan Altima.
Price:
According to Autoblog, the Camry LE starts at $22,970, which excludes "the $825 delivery, processing, and handling fee." The most expensive among the trim levels is the XLE at $26, 150. But if you want a V6 engine Camry, price can go up to $31,370.
For hybrid Camry, price depends on which trim you choose: LE, SE, and XLE. Autoblog reports that LE has a starting price of $26,790 "with a standard, power driver's seat and 4.2-inch information display. The SE for $27,995 gets an improved interior and the XLE at $29,980 has leather, heated front seats, LED running lights and more."
So, is 2015 Toyota Camry the best sedan this year? Well, it falls short in some specs but in terms of fuel efficiency, technology and design, definitely it's head and shoulders above all else right now.
