Even before Christmas Day officially ended, Amazon was already dishing out post-Christmas discount sales, offering up to 85 percent off on their products starting the day after Christmas all the way to the New Year, The Verge reported.
Amazon had done the same thing during Black Friday, and this time is no exception as it has started promoting its after-Christmas sales with its Year-End Deals page. The online retailer is offering clearance prices and daily discounts until the start of next year, with 70 percent off clothes and sports gear, 80 percent off ebooks and more discounts for televisions, laptops, tablets and more.
Some of the deals include less prices for televisions, such as $679 for the LG Electronics 55-inch 1080p 120Hz LED TV, and $349 for the LG 42-inch 1080p 60Hz LED TV and more.
For a shopper's audio needs, Amazon is offering the Jawbone Big Jambox for only $185 and the Beats Tour in-ear headphones for only $99.
When it comes to laptops and tablets, the Acer 11.6-Inch Chromebook can be bought for $277, while the Toshiba Satellite 15.6-Inch Laptop is only $633 and the Amazon Fire HD 7 is only $114. The Amazon Kindle comes at a price of $59, while the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite comes at $99.
Games available include "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" for the PS4 and Xbox One for only $39, "Destiny" for the PS4 and Xbox One for only $39 and "MLB 14: The Show" for the PS4 for only $28.
The deals will be available from Dec. 26 all the way through Jan. 1.
Not only that, but Amazon is also offering free apps worth around $220 on their Amazon Appstore, according to KSBH.
Some of the apps being given away for free are "The Muscular System Manual: The Skeletal Muscles of the Human Body," originally priced at $60.99; "Angry Birds Space," originally priced at $2.99; "Jump Desktop," which is originally $9.99; the "Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, 8th Ed." from $30.99; and more.
Other apps that are free are games, such as "Sonic the Hedgehog 2," "To-Fu Fury," "Worms 3," "Anomaly Warzone Earth HD" and more. Free music and entertainment apps are "djay 2," "TuneIn Radio Pro," "Ultimate Guitar Tabs and Tools" and more, according to PC Pro.
Photo apps, utilities and health apps that can be nabbed for free are "InstapLace," "ShutterFolio," "Photo Transfer App," "Calculator Pro," "Mirroring360," "Just 6 Weeks" and more.
The offer is open to Amazon and Android users for free, but is only good from the 24th to the 26th of December.
