Beyonce's Manager Jim Sabey Sells Tribeca Apartment

Beyonce's manager Jim Sabey is currently selling his Tribeca apartment for $3.5 million.

According to Elle Décor, Sabey's apartment has been listed since earlier this month. The 1,600-square-foot space houses walls of hidden storage, a shower with steam room conversion, high-tech security system, two bedroom and two bathrooms.

Even though it is unsure whether or not Beyonce actually set foot in Sabey's apartment before, the price of the apartment at $3.5 million is considered very cheap. After all, while speaking with the publication, Sabey previously said that some of the biggest hits of this generation were written inside his home

Meanwhile, another interesting fact about Sabey's house is that its master bathroom was designed by Mariah Carey's stage lighting director back in the 2000s. Inside the bathroom is a Japanese toilet that costs $10,000.

Photos of the apartment revealed that the property is painted in mostly white hues. The floors appear to be carpeted and the rooms are just the right size for a starting couple.

The kitchen comes with counters, cabinets and a sink and even though the walk way appears to be a little narrow, again, it's the perfect house for a starting family.

Also, Sabey's apartment has more than enough space for outdoor lounging by the veranda. This area has two chairs, one bench and a table. The materials of the table and chairs are like rustic wood which makes it perfect for all type of weather.

If you are looking for an opportunity to buy a house that is not very expensive, but it still very prestigious, then you might want to consider buying Sabey's apartment.

For only $3.5 million, you will have the opportunity to live in the house of a legend and someone who was responsible for launching and sustaining Queen Bey's music career.
