Marc Jacobs co-founder and president Robert Duffy is selling his New York Townhouse for $17 million. According to New York Curbed, Duffy picked up the townhouse no. 62 in 2013 for just $10.25 million. The 1839 Federal brick townhouse at 62 West 12th Street is reportedly located in a prized location and the home also has incomparable distinction.

Listing details reveal that the historic Greenwich Village residence has a total of four stories and that includes a basement. The place also offers modern convenience and also extraordinary living.

Starting in the front stoop which leads to the parlor floor, an elevator is waiting to transport anyone from floor to floor. Beyond the hall there is an elegant living room that features tall windows and decorative high gloss lacquer art display at the walls.
