Kylie Jenner and her rumored beau Tyga spent their Monday together doing good deeds as they visited the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, E! News reported.
According to the report, the 17-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star and the 25-year-old rapper arrive at the hospital with a cart full of gifts, which they gave away to the patients for a special L.A. Gear Presents Teen Impact Holiday Party.
The pair had a cart full of toys and were going from room to room to deliver them to the patients. They even took pictures with some of the sick children and met with their families, according to the Daily Mail.
After posing with some of the kids, Tyga took to his Instagram account to share the experience, saying "It was great to come back to @childrensla to bring christmas to the kids."
"Thank you to @lagear and @808audio and @idvproducts @djskee for helping me bring a smile to so many kids faces. It's amazing! #Humbled," he wrote, adding "@childrensla the littlest things could mean the most to someone #givingback #thankful #helpingmatters."
The rapper wore a bomber jacket over his red checked shirt and baggy trousers, while Kylie sported a white crop top and skinny jeans and covering it up with a long blue grey overcoat, reminiscent of her sister, Kim Kardashian's, signature look, according to the Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that the reality star's clothes may just be a little bit inappropriate for the event as she was wearing a midriff-baring top while giving away about 30 gifts to the sick youngsters.
Despite the fuss about her choice of clothing, this isn't the first time that the two got involved in charitable activities. Last thanksgiving, Kylie and Tyga headed down to the LA Mission to feed the homeless, according to MTV.
While the pair have yet to confirm their relationship, their constant appearances together are only fueling rumors that they are indeed an item, according to Hollywoodlife.com.
However, Perez Hilton pointed out on his website that all the charitable works that Tyga is involved in may just be a way for the rapper to get on the good side of Kim.
Mrs. West has allegedly shown her disapproval of her baby sister's closeness with the rapper since she is good friends Blac Chyna, mother of Tyga's son.
According to International Business Times, the 34-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star feels disrespected by the rumored couple because they are putting her in an awkward situation with Blac.
