Stockard Channing recently put his retreat house on sale for more than $1.8 million.
According to Variety, the "Grease" actress has been living in her Hollywood Hills property for several years. However, she decided to sell it for very personal reasons.
The actress, who played Rizzo, owned a 1950-inspired property with wide-open home spaces and abundant windows. As such, her property looks as though it is a beach house when it really isn't.
Channing's home also boasts of French doors that are adjacent to the dining room. Its kitchen area is expansive, and the terrace also features the views of trees and other greeneries.
The actress' home also features two bedrooms that have their own sliding glass doors and feature views of the outdoor surroundings. The rooms also boast hardwood floors as well as built-in shelves.
Channing, who also happens to be a Tony award winner, allowed gave the website permission to take photos of her house. One of the photos show her very spacious living room that is adorned with an off-white almost greying couch with grey, white and orange throw pillows. Her living room also has a fireplace that is perfect to use during the winter months.
The dining table and chairs are made out of wood materials and can sit at least six people. In front of the dining table is a television set, according to Zillow. Channing's comprehensive kitchen area boasts state-of-the-art amenities.
The bathroom is also fully furnished and comes with the usual washing, showering area. Outdoors, Channing's house also has a dining and sitting area for family and friends. A much smaller outdoor dining table can also be found at the side of her house.
