Celebrity homes are often looked up to by their fans and loyal followers. Getting a glimpse into their homes gives fans an idea as to how their idols live their private lives, away from the glitz and glamor of Hollywood.

It isn't really surprising to see that most celebrities have such massive properties for themselves. Aside from this, most celebrities do not limit themselves to just owning one or two properties, as most of them now invest in real estate.

As previously reported here on Realty Today, some celebrities have even put their homes out for rent on Airbnb such as Eddie Irvine's Dalkey home. So what do celebrity homes often have in common aside from the hefty price tag?

According to Celebrific, most celebrity homes have outstanding views. This might be one of the top considerations among celebrities, especially because this is something that they will wake up to every morning.

The price of getting a wonderful view from your home doesn't come cheap either. This is also one of the reasons why those who have higher paychecks can only afford to live in areas with great views.

The publication noted that Channing Tatum has recently listed his Tribeca home for sale in the real estate market. The said property boasts of a stunning view of New York City.

Another thing that celebrity homes have is a luxurious home spa, tub or pool. Living their lives as celebrities also come with stress associated with being followed around by the paparazzi's and the stress that comes with shooting films in consecutive days or the nonstop tours that musicians go on.

Lastly, a celebrity home often has a spacious master suite. The outlet noted that celebrities often spend their resting time in the bedroom, which only makes perfect sense for them to invest in a bigger master suite for themselves.
