Sarah Jessica Parker Checks Out West Village Shepherd Condo Conversion

Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick may be moving to a new condo conversion called Shepherd at 275 West 10th Street.

The 19th century built warehouse and former rental building is going to be converted into luxury condominiums by the Naftali Group.

The 38-unit Shepherd is on tree-lined West Village Street. It features ached windows and interior design by Gachot. Parker would possibly get one of the three currently listed penthouses with a price starting at $18.5 million.

The couple sold their townhouse in Greenwich Village for $18.25 million in 2015. They had bought it for $19 million back in 2011, but never moved in.

The largest penthouse in the Shepherd is a 5,985-square-foot duplex called the Penthouse C. It features 1, 536-square-foot terrace, five bedrooms, a den that can also be used as an additional room, five bathrooms and two powder rooms. The second level is mostly glass and has a notable 70-foot private terrace that has an outdoor kitchen. It also has a space for entertaining area with multiple seats.

The master bedroom at the second level has two large walk-in closets, a charming sitting room, an en-suite luxurious bathroom, and has an incredible views of the city.

The first level has two bedrooms, a bigger room with wonderful views, another den and a fireplace. There is also an internal elevator in Penthouse C, providing access to both floors.

The windows of the Shepherd are Landmark approved, triple glazed, double paned windows from Skyline. The herringbone patterned floors are made of solid hardwood oak. There are hand-crafted mahogany vanities in the master baths, which also features Lefroy Brooks fixtures, Dolomiti white stone slabs, palest grey painted millwork, and white mosaic fan tile floors walls.

All systems in the property are brand new, including a VRF cooling and heating system.
