Jewelry mogul, David Yurman, is expanding his Tribeca digs with the additional purchase of a $10 million unit.
The fashion designer and his wife and business partner, Sybil Yurman, spent $9.98 million on a pad with an area of 4,596 square feet at 481 Greenwich Street in Tribeca, according to public records filed on Wednesday in the city.
The additional unit in Tribeca, which is a former industrial warehouse, is the third acquisition of the couple. The first unit that they purchased in 2004 in Tribeca cost $6.28 million. They bought another unit for $3.13 million in 2006, records show.
Avery Baker, the chief marketing officer for Tommy Hilfiger and Anthony Korz, were the ones who sold the property.
According to an earlier listing, the penthouse features a 15-foot-ceiling, exposed brick walls, original columns, and multiple skylights.
