Lenny Kravitz Net Worth: Singer's Former French Quester Pad Listed for $1.16M

Lenny Kravitz's former French Quarter pad has been listed again for $1.16 million.

According to New Orleans Curbed, the singer/producer sold the property in 2012 for $655,000 to architect Brian Swier, who is the man behind the Mercury Lounge and the Music Hall of Williamsburg. The Property was first listed on the market as a rental place for $12,000 a month.

The 1,811-square-foot pad was earlier featured in the site because of its style and the decorations which are connected to Kravitz's love for music. Listing details of the property reveal that the 19th century French Quarter Creole Cottage has undergone renovations, with the artfully designed exterior and the open floor plan giving the loft more space.

Inside, it features exposed brick walls, ebony wooden floors and black oak ceilings. The master bathroom has a total of three sinks and features a Japanese soaking tub and a rain and bath shower. After Kravitz moved out, the owner added a French spiral staircase which leads to the mezzanine. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has a 14-foot granite island.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Kravitz has an estimated net worth of $40 million. In 1990, his career began to rise after he began to produce and write songs for famous artists like Madonna, Aeorsmith's Steven Tyler and Mick Jagger. Over the years, he went to many tours and produced more singles and albums and even had some minor acting roles and appearances in several films like "Precious," "Zoolander," and "The Hunger Games." Aside from his roles in the entertainment industry, he also created the Kravitz Design which provides furniture and interior designs.
