After the property was sold for $2900 per square foot, Yahoo Real Estate claims that it is set to break all Brooklyn real estate sales records in the region. The property was listed with Alexander Maroni of Douglas Elliman real estate firm.
The 3-bed, 2 ½-bath Strong Place home offers a unique location as it is situated at the back of a lot with a spacious front yard and private driveway. The Brooklyn real estate property is set 90 feet away from the main street, offering great privacy and peaceful ambience. Another highlight of the property is it is surrounded by towering trees and a lush garden.
